If you are running excessively late...
Please be aware that we may need to reschedule your appointment, so as not to interfere with other scheduled appointments.
Last minutes cancellations may be the consequence of non acceptance of further appointment.
If you need a little tweaking...
We will fix styling within 1 week of the original appointment.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment...
Should a cancellation or appointment change be necessary, we request a 24-hour notice.
If you forgot to go to the ATM...
We now accept VISA/Mastercard/Discover! But remember: gratuities cannot be charged to a credit card.
Please inform us of any special needs, allergies, or sensitivities you may have so that we can better accommodate you.
POLICIES
Cancellations/Rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment.
Cancellations/Rescheduled within 12 hours are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment.
We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals; following the grace period, we may not be able to accommodate the appointment, and this will be considered a ‘NO-SHOW’ and you will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
All service adjustments must be performed within 1 week of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.
Frequent no show/ last minutes cancellations may be the consequence of nonacceptance of further appointments.
REFUND POLICY
Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on salon services, gift certificates, or retail products. All sales are final.
